Join Stuart and Cam Watkins for an immersive experience of authentic Yoga, blissful soundscapes and intelligent movement exploration, specifically focused on providing a potent platform to quiet the mind, open the heart and liberate the spine.
This 3 hour exploration will be a multi-dimensional and integrative approach to spirituality and the path of Yoga, creating the optimum environment to embody the riches of Yoga.
This class will bring together the powerful combination of Hatha Yoga, Nada Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Tantra and Bhakti, getting right to the essential point of Yoga and bringing these potent practices into a healthy functionality across all areas of our life.
This is a life practice, not just a fleeting high.
Collaborating with Stuart will be Cam Watkins providing the scientific depth and knowledge to compliment and amplify the Yoga practice. Matthew Hatch and Jarad Spence will also offer a delicious musical soundscape to deepen the transformative potential of the practice.
We’ll utilise asana, pranayama, satsang, meditation, intuitive movement, stillness, ecstatic dance and have fun weaving this work in the play of our lives.

- Opening meditation, contemplation and intention setting
- Asana, pranayama and mantra sequences
- Spinal movement, mobility into free flow movement
- Savasana / Sound Healing
