Somatics Training for Yoga Teachers: Embodied Awareness & Intuitive Movement
Somatics is the practice of deep listening to the body, exploring movement from within, and cultivating a more intuitive, healing approach to yoga. This training is designed for yoga teachers who want to guide students in moving with greater awareness, sensitivity, and connection to their own bodies.
