Join me in the sanctuary of Sacred Sound of the Soul, where you'll be surrounded by the energy and sounds of crystal alchemy bowls. These unique sound meditation sessions invite you to relax into deep stillness while contemplating the meaning of alchemy—the ancient art of transformation. Traditionally seen as turning base metals into gold, alchemy is also the inner journey of integrating your conscious and subconscious mind. Allowing your thoughts, feelings and sensations to all converge.

As the sound vibrations wash over you, you'll be gently guided to reflect on what alchemy means in your own life—what you’re ready to release, transmute, or elevate. This very special environment will support you in considering your alchemy. A process of inner reflection and refinement, reminding you that transformation doesn’t always happen all at once, but in layers—through presence, intention, and surrender.

What's the refund policy?

If you are unable to make the sound session please contact us ([email protected]) 24 hours before the event to request a refund.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• We ask that you arrive into the space calmly and quietly.
• Arrive 10 minutes before the session to allow time for sign in as well as settling into the space.
• Be mindful if participants are actively relaxing before the sound bath.
• Be respectful of the healing instruments in the space, and ask for assistance to fully explore them.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

The Sacred Sound of the Soul has a handful of props for use but we encourage you to bring your own. Here is a list of common items people bring to a sound bath:

• Yoga mat to lay on
• Blankets to cover-up
• 2 Pillows or bolsters to prop head and knees
• Sleeping mask or light scarf to lay over your eyes
• Comfortable clothing

Facilitator Bio:

Julie Habelmann is a certified practitioner for integrative sound healing and restorative yoga. She supports individuals/groups, organizations and retreats through sound meditation, breathing, gentle movement, creative expression, nature immersion, guided journaling and meditation. She believes our overall wellbeing is an ongoing practice between mind, body, spirit and nature. "It is a privilege and a responsibility to be alive. My goal is to support people in fostering their S.O.W.L. - sustainable overall wellbeing life."
