Immerse Flow + Sound with Pei Chai is back for a New Years Day Event. Join us for our transformative Immerse Wellness New Year’s event, where we will embark on a journey to set a positive tone for the year ahead. The event will feature Pei's signature Immerse Flow Series, designed to invigorate our bodies through movement while relieving accumulated tension. Participants will engage in mindful journaling and small group discussions to articulate their intentions and aspirations for the upcoming year. To end the event, we will indulge in a Sound Bath Meditation series, allowing for deep relaxation and connection to our inner selves. Together, let’s embrace the New Year with clarity and purpose.
