About this Event
IMMENSE Wellness was created to inform and support men as they explore their respective careers and personal aspirations. Attendees will enjoy a half-day of workshops that will strengthen you emotionally, physically, mentally, and financially while developing meaningful connections with other professionals and entrepreneurs.

One simple idea: men are human. We feel stress, pressure, anger, fear, and sadness, even if we don’t always show it. This space is for honesty, not perfection. Be honest, at some point you’ve wanted to quit. That will-power wasn’t enough. That goal you set never got met. It happens, almost too frequently. In this session we will discover practical strategies to break excuses, master consistency, and unlock the discipline that turns goals into reality, reclaim your health, sharpen your mindset, and build an achievement mindset. Leave stronger, clearer, and equipped to execute whatever you decide to put your mind to. - 1:45p - 2:30p: Visit vendors/Wrap-up/Closing Remarks
- FOOD & BEVERAGE - Each attendee will receive continental breakfast and lunch and have access to assorted beverages throughout the morning and afternoon.
- SWAG & RAFFLE - Attendees will receive a unique swag bag and be entered into a raffle for special prizes.
Parking
8th & State Parking Instructions:
- Enter the structure by pulling a ticket at the gate located at 1005 N 8th Street. Keep this ticket; you will need it when you exit
- At the check-in table, inform the person that you parked in the 8th & State Structure and require a parking voucher
- When exiting, first insert the ticket you pulled at the gate, and then scan the QR code on the voucher to pay for parking
Enter Building from Parking Structure: Exit the structure and walk east on State Street to enter the S building main entrance or walk north on 8th Street to the main entrance to the C Building on the corner of 8th and Highland. Directional signs will help guide you to the event (M Building - Rm. 605) once you are inside the building.
