About this Event
Imbolc Full Moon 🌕 Journey through Sacred Sound
Join us in honoring the Wheel of the Year with a Cacao and Candlelighting Ceremony on this special Imbolc Full Moon. 🌕 ✨
Then lay back and receive a soul-nourishing Journey through the Sacred Sounds of mantra, diverse instruments, and medicine music - from beloveds Taragápe and Genevieve Ayala.
Imbolc is halfway between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox - a time for lighting the fire and preparing for the arrival of Spring.
Join us for an immersive journey through sound - with instruments such as the handpan, guitar, native flute, kalimba, charango, harmonium, and singing bowls, as well as vocals, mantra, and medicine songs.
Take a sacred pause, allowing precious time for insights and reflection in this wintery turning of the Wheel of the Year, in the cozy candlelit mountaintop StarHouse Temple, with a fire going and plenty of blankets and pillows to create your nest.
About the facilitators:
Taragápe and Genevieve met through music, and offering sacred ceremonial music is at the core of their partnership and each of their dharma in the world.
Taragápe (Jeremy Colbert):
Taragápe is a name that implies cosmic compassionate universal love. Jeremy’s passion and goal is to create a safe and solid yet gentle and playful container for those to drop into a deeper place of presence and authenticity, to allow for deeper sovereign reflective insight and healing to occur naturally.
Music is always at the core of his interpretation of how the natural and diverse energetics of this world play out, and will, along with the wisdom of nature, serve as the compass for all of Taragápe's offerings.
Genevieve Ayala:
Genevieve has been studying and immersed in ancient earth-based wisdom and ritual practices for about 9 years. She moved to Boulder, CO last year after living abroad for several years in Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Thailand.
Her major passions that she weaves into her practices are sacred ritual, feminine reclamation, sacred plants, and singing. For most of her life she didn’t believe she could sing, until deep healing opened her voice four years ago, and now singing and encouraging others to sing is at the core of most of her offerings.
