Imbolc Celebration: Crafting Pressed Flower Candles with Katie Goldberg

Let’s gather for an afternoon of creation and celebration in honor of Imbolc- the halfway point between Winter & Spring. Imbolc can be translated to "In the belly of the mother". It is a time when we are in a creative gestation period and our roots are grounding for our next blooming version of us. In Celtic tradition, Imbolc is governed by the Goddess, Brigid, who rules fire, poetry, healing, smithcraft, & fertility in the form of creation. Together we will craft pressed flower candles and write down our intentions in the form of poetry to plant seeds for this upcoming season of rebirth as we reawaken alongside Mother Earth.

Creativity is Katie's biggest source of inspiration. Whether she is making jewelry, carving stamps for block printing, sewing, arranging flowers, singing, putting together fun outfits, or decorating space, these things always bring her so much joy. She is so excited to create these gorgeous pressed flower candles with you so we can all take home some handcrafted beauty!
