Imaginari Makers
Ages 8-12
Weekly Class, every Monday
January 11 - May 3
No class Jan 18, Feb 15, March 15 and 29,
After School | 5:00P-6:30P
$300 | 13 Weeks
Imaginari Makers is all about creating, exploring, innovating, crafting, and building. Is this an art class? Well, sort of, but it’s more like an engineer-brainstorm-get messy-use-tools-sciencey-paint-draw-experiment kind of club, and imagination is the glue that sticks it all together.
We take STEAM to a whole new level in a playful and encouraging environment that fosters creativity through the creative reuse of materials. Learn how to use basic maker tools like drills, simple saws, and sewing machines. Go beyond the crayon box and experiment with unique reuse materials like wood, metal, fabric, and wire. Explore various maker techniques like bookbinding, collage, and woodworking.
