Image Readings: Niko Devera

Please join us for Image Readings – a monthly community gathering for image makers to share and discuss ongoing bodies of work for feedback and engagement. This month’s meeting is hosted by artist, Niko Devera.

Space is limited, RSVP required. For those who RSVP to share work, you should plan to bring prints to share on a table or digitially to be shared on a screen.

This is a pay-what-you-can event and free for WOPHA Members (enter code at checkout).
All donations help sustain WOPHA’s year-round programming.

About Niko Devera

Niko Devera (b. 1999) is a queer Cuban-American artist born and currently based in Miami, Florida. Photography is at the core of his expanding multidisciplinary practice where art serves as a tool to challenge heteronormativity, masculinity, and other oppressive systems. In 2024 Devera launched CULTMEAL, an art collective and independent press based in Miami, FL providing a platform to artists working across various mediums.
