This session will highlight the most prevalent exposures organizations face within the property and fleet space. We will touch on opportunities for appropriate protection features, processes, and controls to help mitigate exposures to your organization.

- Regulated fleet operations (CHP and Federal)

The property portion will focus on:
- Construction types
- Occupancy of facilities (warehouse, manufacturing, real estate, etc.) and the effects on property insurance
- Appropriate protection features based on the occupancy
- External exposures and protection features
- Common carrier recommendations
