In the combined use of harmonies, resonant frequencies and energy healing, sound healing offers an inward path toward spiritual illumination. This five-week group program is designed for those longing to connect more deeply with the essence of their being, release energetic blockages, and awaken to the radiant wisdom within. Through the profound art of sound, you will embark on a transformative journey—one that transcends language and speaks directly into the soul.
Sound Healing and Spiritual Illumination
Sound healing is an ancient practice, rooted in many cultures—from the chanting of Tibetan monks to the shamanic drumming of indigenous peoples. It harnesses the power of vibration and frequency to bring harmony to the mind, body, and spirit. Spiritual illumination, meanwhile, is the awakening of inner light; it is the process of transcending ordinary consciousness and glimpsing the sacred interconnectedness of all things.
In this group, these two pathways converge. Over five weeks, you will experience sound not just as relaxation, but as a tool for profound inner exploration and spiritual growth.
Format and Flow
Each week consists of a 90 minute group session, held in a space designed to support deep relaxation and contemplation. You are encouraged to bring an open heart, a journal, and an intention for spiritual growth.

Weekly Breakdown
Week 1: Setting Intentions & Introduction to Sound Healing
The journey begins with a circle of introduction, inviting each participant to share their intentions for spiritual illumination. Then a short talk on the science and mysticism of sound healing, demonstrating a range of instruments—crystal bowls, gongs, Tibetan bowls, bells, and the human voice.
A gentle sound bath follows, allowing you to experience the nurturing vibrations firsthand. You will be guided to notice sensations, emotions, and thoughts that arise, beginning the process of deep listening.
Week 2: Clearing Energetic Blockages
Sound combined with energy healing is used to clear stagnant energy and create space for illumination. Through techniques (such as vocal toning and placement of instruments), you will be guided to identify and release energetic blocks. The session includes a group chanting circle, introducing mantras from various traditions. These sacred sounds are powerful tools for purification, helping to dissolve fears and limiting beliefs.
Week 3: Activating the Chakras
This week the focus shifts to the subtle energy centers known as chakras. You will experience how different frequencies influences the chakras, and how to use sound to balance and activate these centers of light.
Week 4: Heart Expansion & Emotional Healing
The heart is the seat of spiritual illumination—where compassion, love, and wisdom reside. This week’s session centers on heart-opening practices. You will be guided to explore forgiveness, gratitude, and vulnerability, allowing sound to dissolve emotional wounds.
Week 5: Deepening Intuition & Inner Guidance
As the group’s vibration rises, you are guided to cultivate intuition—the voice of spiritual illumination. Using instruments to evoke dreamlike states, helping the mind to release control and allow wisdom to surface.
The final session also includes a closing circle of appreciation, honoring the growth each experienced and community formed with a flower/water blessing.
Stories from mystics and healers abound, describing how certain tones can induce profound spiritual experiences—visions, sensations of light, and feelings of oneness.
