Our night starts out with breath and toning practices. Then we open our sonic time machine — the cathedral of sound — to connect you with your body’s healing intelligence so you can heal in your own way, in your own time. After the sound, enjoy a microdose of cacao in our heart opening tea ceremony. Our organic Hearth Tea was designed just for our sonic magic.
