Please be aware that this event WILL have some areas with flashing lights and strobe lighting. Please bare this in mind if you or your family have epilepsy or any other light sensitive medical conditions.

What do the tickets include?

Your ticket will include entry into the Illuminate Light & Sound Show Walk Through Experience.

Will there be door sales?

Yes if we are not sold out for that night, however, it is better to book online last year as we sold out every night last year. Door sales will be $15.

Can I smoke at this event?

No. This is a smoke-free & vape-free event. We please ask you to refrain from smoking and vaping in the event area. Does my ticket allow me to come on any of the days?

No, it doesn't. Please make sure to purchase your ticket for the day that you would like to come.

Will there be toilets available?

Yes, Ferrymead Heritage Park has toilets & we have our Luxury toilet unit onsite. Also onsite is baby changing facilities.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available, however, it is first in first served. We recommend public transport or car-pooling. Parking limited to about 600 cars. We also have Bike parks right at the entrance point!

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No, however, we have a range of food vendors to ensure our guests are well fed over dinner time.

Is my time in the event limited?

No, you can stay until closing time.

Can I bring my pet?

We love our furry friends however please note there are no pets allowed at Illuminate Light & Sound Experience.

What happens if it rains/poor weather?

If we the organiser ( Event Hire ) has to cancel a night due to weather conditions, we will shift your/all bookings to the Monday,Tuesday or Wednesday Spot the following week. This is why we run Thursday-Sunday week sessions. We want to ensure our customers have the best experience! Please understand when you purchase your ticket we may have to move your booking & may not be able to rebook you for your more preferred night.

ALL TICKETS PURCHASED FROM NOW WILL BE FINAL PURCHASES AND CANNOT BE CHANGED TO ANOTHER TIME SLOT.
