Illuminate Leadership Conference 2026

All-inclusive, 6 day immersive leadership conference for rising 7th, 8th and 9th grade students held at the University of Cincinnati from Sunday, June 21 to Friday, June 26, 2026.
Throughout the week, students will:
• Live in secure, on-campus housing for 6 days and 5 nights
• Receive all meals, snacks, and full residential support
• Participate in hands-on leadership workshops focused on communication, emotional intelligence, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and critical thinking
• Travel via private coach to leading companies and institutions across the region
• Engage directly with executives from organizations such as Procter & Gamble, Kroger, Fifth Third Bank, GE Aerospace, UC Health, and more
• Build lasting connections with peers from across Greater Cincinnati
• Enjoy structured evening activities including social mixers, recreational events, and a celebratory pool experience
• Hear from a featured guest speaker
Illuminate is more than a summer camp—it is an intentional leadership incubator where students build confidence, strengthen their voice, and expand their vision for what’s possible.
