Event Overview The Glamazon Phoenix Board invites all onsite POCs, onsite leadership, and Glamazon Board members to Illuminate — a leadership summit designed to equip every site with the tools, knowledge, and resources to grow Glamazon's presence, increase engagement, and build thriving LGBTQIA+ communities across Arizona.

Board members will lead sessions on strategy, event planning, budgeting, communications, and more — ensuring every leader leaves with a clear playbook for success.
