As the longest night of the year descends, we gather in sacred space to honor the turning of the seasons, to journey through the darkness, and to welcome the returning light within and all around us.
💫 Illuminate is an immersive evening designed to awaken your spirit, open your heart, and align you with the natural rhythms of renewal and transformation. Together, we’ll weave ritual, movement, and sound into a soulful celebration of the Winter Solstice.
🍫 Cacao Ceremony – We begin with a heart-opening cacao ritual, connecting to the sacred plant spirit that invites love, clarity, and presence. Sip this ancient elixir as we set our intentions for the coming light and align our energy for the dance ahead.
💃 Ecstatic Dance – Surrender to rhythm and flow. Let your body move freely through waves of sound and emotion — a journey of release, expression, and joy. Move as you are, without judgment, in a safe and supportive community space.
🎶 Gong Wash Sound Healing – As we close the night, immerse yourself in the cosmic resonance of gongs, singing bowls, and ethereal tones that wash through the body and mind. Let the vibrations clear energetic blockages, balance your nervous system, and awaken inner peace.
🕯️ Winter Solstice Ceremony of Light – At the heart of the evening, we will come together for a sacred ritual of illumination. In reverence to the darkest night, we will turn off all lights and candles, entering the stillness and mystery of the void. From that deep silence, a single flame will be kindled — the first light of the new season — symbolizing the birth of the sun and the awakening of spirit. This first candle will then light all others, spreading warmth, hope, and renewal as we celebrate the return of the light within us all.

A Reiki Master Teacher and practitioner of multiple healing arts—including vibration therapy, qi gong, tai chi, biofield tuning, brain entrainment and tuning fork therapy—Jay has dedicated his life to bringing vibrational medicine to communities across the Midwest and beyond.
