About this Event

We are thrilled to announce that the 8 Year Anniversary Gala Celebration of IlluminArts will take place on November 13, 2021, at 6:00 PM.

IlluminArts debuted on the Miami cultural scene on November 10, 2013. We have collaborated with prominent institutions in the community to tell stories through art and music including the Pérez Art Museum Miami, Bass Museum of Art, Lowe Art Museum, de la Cruz Collection, Bakehouse Art Complex, ICA Miami, and Oolite Arts. We are grateful for the support of the community, and it has been a joy to present performances of the highest caliber to Miami’s community for the last eight years.

The 8 Year Anniversary Celebration festivities will include cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and a special musical performance by the dynamic, fearless, and stunning soprano Melissa Wimbish, who last performed with IlluminArts at ICA Miami in Paulo Nazareth: Uprising in October 2019.

Plan ahead! The last day to purchase tickets for this event is November 11, 2021.


COVID-19 Policies:

All guests ages 12 and over must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR diagnostic test taken no more than 72 hours prior to the performance start time, OR proof of a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken no more than 24 hours prior to the performance start time, OR voluntarily provide proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (final dose of vaccine must be completed at least 14 days prior to the performance date). Tests must be from a test provider, laboratory, or health care provider. This should be presented at check-in.

This is an open air venue, and sliding doors will be open to allow for circulation during the cocktail hour.

Masks will be required once doors are closed for the performance portion of the evening. We will have extra masks on hand in case you arrive without one.

Capacity is limited to allow social distancing for the performance portion of the evening.

Flexible ticket policies – We want everyone to enjoy the IlluminArts concert experience to their fullest. If you feel you won’t be able to enjoy a performance due to health concerns, we will be happy to exchange your tickets for a performance later in the season, or issue a full refund.

No Surprises – As many of us have experienced in the last year, venues, the CDC, and the government have been shifting their guidance and policies to better match current scientific understanding. All ticket holders will receive an email notification at least one week prior to the performance date with our updated safety policies and requirements for attending the concert. These also will be detailed in the ticket reminder email you will receive 24 hours prior to your specific concert.
