EMX is an electronic music platform that was developed in Southern California (LA/OC/SD), and is now based in Portland, OR.

Community Arts & Festivals is a 501c3 non-profit organization that builds community through art events and education.

We are community-based to help provide performance opportunities & resources for underground electronic music performers, and currently organize electronic music events at the following venues along the West Coast.
