The Illinois Cancer Partnership (ICP) Annual Meeting is scheduled for June 25, 2024. The ICP Annual Meeting brings together a diverse, broad spectrum of stakeholders to review Illinois cancer burden data and cover a wide range of topics to address cancer across the continuum in Illinois to reduce cancer incidence, morbidity, and mortality and enhance survivorship with a focus on health equity and health disparities.We encourage the participation of primary care providers, nurses, patient navigators, care coordinators, community health center staff, public health professionals, local health departments, community groups, and cancer survivor groups.
