Torben Snekkestad and Peter Bruun are two virtuoso improvisers who have crossed swords several times over the past 15 years. When they occasionally come together in the exclusive duo format, they stage a bubbling abundance of generous musical magic every time, which you can enjoy at this unique opening concert.
Therefore, this performance is more than just a concert; it is a profound encounter between two musical minds who share a passion for the unpredictable and the experimental. Their musical dialogue unfolds like a living masterpiece, opening doors to unknown sonic landscapes and inviting listeners to participate in an exploration of the infinite potential of acoustic improvisation. At this opening concert, you can expect to be captivated by the wondrous energy and free spirit that arises when two masters unite in the magic of the moment.

An international constellation on the improv scene featuring the highly original Martin Klapper with his big table of delights - collected objects of all kinds, which are able to produce sounds handled by Klapper with breakneck speed precision. Remarkable improviser known fx from his duo with Roger Turner and from his participation in Derek Bailey´s Company Week.
Niklas Fite is a new young swedish guitarplayer with clean cut action, devoted to improvised music (as well as being an exceptional jazz guitarist with strong roots in the Tristano tradition). A unique talent with no limitations - whatsoever - that has played with Tristan Honsinger, Roger Turner and John Russell among others.
Sture Ericson is a familiar voice on the experimental scene in Copenhagen as well as on the international level, with bands like The Electrics (w/Axel Dörner, Joe Williamson, Raymond Strid) and Bagman (w/Pat Thomas, Raymond Strid)
The trio has recently released their first album “How could this not be justice?” on limited edition vinyl, and on Bandcamp.

Turcerova/Buchner/Wikström is a trio, that creates performatory soundscapes, utilizing everyday activities and objects.
Following their debut piece, "CHAIRS - The Art of Seating," from February, the trio is now ready to present their second creation.
This new piece, is focused on unfolding the plastic foil as an abundant source of sound and performance, offering an experience that is both abstract and naturalistic.
The trio aim to redefine the boundaries of sound and perception - where the familiar becomes extraordinary and the mundane becomes supernatural and invites the audience to immerse in a sensory experience.

TRIP (derived from ‘triptych’ & ‘trippe’) is a open-form trio consisting of three Copenhagen-based improvisers and composers. Their musical mindset in this constellation is shaped by inspirations from visual art, which creates a web of mutually intertwined voices, tripping and dripping in the sonic geometry.

The Copenhagen based experimental band Vs DooM is a collectivistic and multifarious big band, playing a captivating fusion of afro beat, acid rock, free jazz and soul. The band’s vision is to create a large, wide-ranging and colourful unit in open communication with the audience, and the 14 musicians embodies an interesting mix of gender, age and genres.
