Il Nuovo Suono: Life and Music of Monteverdi - Boston

Hear the dramatic life story of Claudio Monteverdi told through the lens of his dramatic madrigals which bridged the Italian Renaissance into the Baroque. This collection will be performed in the beautiful Gordon Chapel, at Old South Church in Boston. We are accompanied by viola da gamba and the lute!

Street parking around Boylston exists, but garages abound. Please arrive early enough to settle into the space before we start the music at 6pm!
