We will be heading to beautiful New Smyrna Beach for a destressing fun, flow yoga class with Michele.
Grab your big blankets, towels, props, blocks, straps and of course sun screen and water!
Afterwards if you would like to join us we will be having an outdoor brunch at The Bakers' Table.
