IIHS Screens | Borderlands

IIHS Screens is back this April with the award-winning documentary ‘Borderlands’. Directed by Samarth Mahajan, the film follows the lives of six characters defined by personal and political borders across the Indian subcontinent. Through conversations and observations, the film traces how each character navigates uncertainty in search of meaning in a world beyond their control. Divided families meet, love blossoms across borders, traffickers get caught – in this slice of life film.

Join the post-screening online discussion between the Director, Samarth Mahajan and Sooraj M. Raveendran, Senior Consultant, IIHS Urban Informatics Lab, followed by a Q&A session with the audience.

The screenings are open to the public and free to attend.
