Join our first uplifting networking experience designed to help designers navigate the "Journey of Life & Work” An evening dedicated to professionals’ careers and inspired by the analogy with the evolution and the changing of the seasons.

An evening full of inspiring stories shared by successful professionals, great conversations with industry leaders, meaningful connections with fellow designers, and good vibes!

The Program

• A collective vision board: a vibrant mural on which guests will be invited to participate by adding their thoughts, opinions, and ideas.

• An engaging panel discussion: Kaleen Barbera will lead an inspiring conversation with Fitgi Saint-Louis and Antonio Deloatch, who will share their experiences, and insight on leadership, mentorship, and challenges as visionary, and successful business leaders.

• The Board of Mentors: Get the opportunity to engage with a group of talented industry leaders from IIDA Design Firm Advocates who gather to mentor and inspire participants through open conversations and guidance. Find your mentor!

• Pop-up Art Installation: Maria Paula Suarez, an emerging Colombian artist will explore the essential relationship between humans and plants, two distinct forms of life that, through proximity and time, learn not only to coexist, but to sustain one another.
• All accompanied by soothing live music, a spring inspired grazing table, light refreshment, and raffles.
