Resilience and Mental Wellbeing programme - Home Education only

I'm delighted to be supporting you in bringing this powerful learning to the minds and hearts of the children in your homes.

The aim of the programme is to challenge perceptions and to develop a new understanding of resilience and mental health. The resilience and mental wellbeing programme provides a comprehensive introduction to how the mind works.

Our aim, is that once your children have completed the programme, they will feel hopeful, empowered and confident that they have everything they need to deal with the ups and downs, and the twists and turns of their unique journeys through life.

This programme includes:

• 10 engaging sessions with slides, videos and activities - 1 hour each (I will be delivering the sessions on line)

• Sessions are Tuesdays and Fridays 10-11 am starting 25th February and finishing 28th March

• Optional discussion and reflection questions for you to explore with your children should you wish to do so (I will email all the worksheets before each session)

• Post-session questions

• Posters that you can download and print to reinforce the learning and messages

• Workbook at the end of the sessions

Your investment is just a few materials I will email upfront like printed worksheets, playdough, tea bags, labels, etc... to do the activities .
