Johan Kramer: a legend of the Dutch creative scene, in 1995, Johan started his own communications-agency KesselsKramer Amsterdam, with Erik Kessels, working with 22 different nationalities for brands such as Diesel, Het Parool, the Hans Brinker Budget Hotel and Nike. Ravinia Thwaites-Batteau, Founder, RnR Legal: With the implementation of the EU AI Act, brands are having to decide how and when to label content to recognise the use of AI in its creation. As legal advisor to in-house teams, Ravinia Thwaites-Batteau will provide an expert overview of the regulations in the act and how in-house agencies should be responding
