Welcome to I Got Your 6. This event is what we call a CSAUP in F3 lingo. (Completely Stupid and Utterly Pointless) It’s just to get everyone outdoors and get active. Push yourself to see how many workouts you can participate in over the 12 hours, or just participate in one or two. It’s up to you. Create a team, and enjoy some healthy competition with other teams to see who can have the most participation. If you’re interested in leading one of the workouts, we’ll need some volunteers for that, so look for a sign-up coming soon. Invite others to this group, and let’s make this a great event!
