You're the Modern Couple. You have your own sense of independence, interests, and ideas. You're drawn to each other’s ambition, curiosity, and see potential in one another. Yet, being emotionally close feels uncomfortable.

As a couples therapist, these are statements that I often hear from couples. The process of the Igniting Intimacy workshop will give you insights and actions to evolve your relationship.

Workshop Framework

1. Understand Patterns: Understand the roots of the patterns your get stuck in
2. Explore Emotions: Explore how emotions play a pivotol role in your dynamic
3. Curious Communication: Use open, empathic, and curious communication to understand one another
4. Integrate Intimacy: You'll be confident integrating intimacy in your daily lives
