WHAT TO BRING: All materials will be provided; however, please feel free to bring additional magazines and any snacks, water bottles, etc. that may support you during our time together. Dress comfortably and bring an open mind and heart to create an empowering 2026!
This creative and fun experience is designed to help you create a life you love with intention, clarity, and confidence. We will work together to discover your new path forward, clear any blocks, and ignite the spark within. You will then create a Vision Board to help you stay focused and connected as you bring what you really want to life.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL GET:
• Clarity on who you are here to be and what you genuinely want in your life
• Pre-work to begin intentionally turning inward for your authentic dreams, goals, and desires before our time together
• A 3 1/2-hour immersion with personalized attention to focus on YOU and the life you want to create
• Connection and inspiration with a small group of like-minded people
• Sacred time, space, and materials to create a visual representation of what you would like to manifest and bring into your life
• Materials that will support you in staying engaged with your intentions
• Follow-up group check-in, via Zoom, with Coach Jen
Meet your instructor: Jen
Jen DuBois is a Certified Life & Empowerment Coach who helps women in midlife reconnect with themselves and what they truly want. Specializing in Fearless Living, wellness support, and group facilitation, Jen guides women through individual coaching, creative workshops, and retreats. She creates spaces where women feel seen, supported, and inspired to move forward with clarity and courage. She gets it, midlife can be messy, magical, and everything in between. And she knows that real change begins with one simple, powerful choice: to see each day as a new opportunity to grow, evolve, and live with purpose.
