Ignite your soul with ALPFA Boston invites all professionals in the Boston area to enjoy a entry level Yoga session to bring awareness to our mental and physical health.
As Latino professionals, we need to recognize the importance of pausing, stretching and learn new tools to manage stress, anxiety and more.
In this opportunity we will be participating in a 45 minute long yoga session led by certified Latina Yoga instructor Margarita Vargas. This is a perfect moment to practice mindfulness and improve our daily presence while rewarding our bodies with a relaxing and fun activity.
Bring your friend and your Yoga mat and be ready to explore a new world full of grace, energy, and holistic health.
No previous knowledge or practice is required to participate in this all yoga levels event, and everyone is welcome.
