Meet Your Speaker | Nicole Donnelly

Nicole's professional journey began in the construction industry, where she gained valuable experience at her father's cultured marble factory. During summers and school breaks, she actively contributed to the business by assisting her father in office organization and project management. Acting upon her father's suggestion, Nicole founded Miramar Kitchen & Bath in 1991 and has successfully owned and operated the company ever since. Over the course of nearly three decades, she has worked alongside her husband, Martin, fostering a thriving partnership.

Nicole's dedication to her industry extends beyond her own business. She has demonstrated her leadership capabilities by serving as the former chair of the local chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. Currently, she holds a position as Board Chair for the Better Business Bureau Serving the Pacific Southwest, and is on the Board of SNAP, which stands for Spay & Neuter Action Project—an esteemed local organization devoted to animal welfare.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Nicole and Martin actively engage in animal rescue efforts, with a particular focus on dogs. In their spare time, they have compassionately cared for numerous animals, at one point providing a loving home for eight dogs and two cats. Presently, they dedicate their attention to two special needs senior dogs (her personal favorite), a cause that resonates deeply with Nicole.
