Ignite Your Inner Voice: Find Your Voice, Use Your Voice, Own Your Voice!

If you answered "yes" to any of the above statements, then perhaps it is time to Find Your Voice, Use Your Voice AND Own Your Voice!

This course will lead you through a process of self awareness, identification and empowerment while being supported by a community of like-minded individuals. There is immense power in owning your voice! We have designed this course to spread over a few months so that you are able to integrate and practice what you learn, all while having the support of your Coach and Community.

This is just some of what this course teach and provide you:

* Your inner voice is your friend and it is here to guide you

* How to be confident and assertive

* Creating and honoring your boundaries

* How to harnass the power of "No." as a complete sentence

* Your voice matters

We will kick off the course on Saturday, October 22nd, 9:30am- 2:30pm and lunch will be included.

Here is the schedule for the rest of the course:

Individual 30 minute coaching session sometime during the month of November

2 Hour Group Workshop, 6pm-8pm, December 8th (snacks provided)

Individual 30 minute coaching session sometime during the month of January

Final Workshop, 9:30am-2:30pm, Febuary 25th (Lunch included)
