Join us this fall to ignite your inner light, build resilience, and connect with the natural rhythms of the season through our Art of Sadhana program.
The fall module of this program invites you to journey to the self through the seasons with a blend of immersive yogic practices, reflective exercises, and community support. Sustain your inner radiance and resilience as we move toward winter and into the holidays.

Three In-Person Workshops in October, November, and December:
Each 3-hour session is crafted to deepen your practice and ignite your inner light. We’ll explore asana, pranayama, meditation, and reflective exercises that support your inward journey.
Handbook + Digital Toolkit:
Receive a guidebook and digital resources to support your daily sadhana (spiritual practice) at home, helping you integrate the teachings into your everyday life.
Weekly Emails:
