Let go of trauma, release grief, and fears that may be blocking you from achieving your goals or causing you physical or emotional pain. Janine Iuliano will be your breathwork facilitator, helping to guide you through this powerful meditative process. Transformational breathwork allows the "monkey mind" to shut down and tap into subconscious for rewiring and renewal.

Following your breathwork journey which will last 40-45min Janine will have you to "come back" and rest for an additional 15-30min to allow time for your conscious mind to process your journey and share experiences.
