Somatic Breathwork – cultivating inner regenerative transformation
What if the simple act of breathing could support you to embrace more of life with ease, presence, and resilience (and maybe even pleasure)?
This practice isn’t necessarily about chasing an outcome — it’s about cultivating the capacity within your body to hold life’s full spectrum. Through gentle, transformational circular breathing, you’ll build the inner strength to navigate challenges, savor joys and remain rooted in yourself through it all. It will support you in expanding your capacity to make the lemonade, when life throws you the lemons.
Somatic Breathwork is an invitation to gently explore the transformative potential of your breath. This practice focuses on expanding your window of tolerance within the nervous system, cultivating the ability for you to hold space for the full spectrum of life’s experiences.
With a soft and nurturing approach, this workshop is crafted for you to deepen your relationship to your body, feel your emotions (but not get overwhelmed), and deepen your connection to life.
Whether you’re seeking emotional balance, energetic alignment, or a greater capacity to be present with life’s challenges and joys, this practice will meet you exactly where you are.

Can I come alone?
Absolutely. This is a safe and inclusive space for self-exploration, whether you come solo or with friends.
What to wear?
Comfortable clothing that allows for deep breathing and relaxation.

About the facilitators:
Anna Prana (she/her) is a wild and playful creative soul, tantric de-armouring bodyworker & breathworker, energy consultant and nature guide. Anna has spent the last 4 years deep diving into somatics, feminine embodiment, nervous system regulation, breathwork, cyclical wisdom and nature.
The last 3 years she has offered private sessions in Breathwork & de-armouring, co-created immersions and workshops, retreats and sister/wombcircles.
Simon Skipper (he/him) is a breathwork facilitator, psychotherapist, coach and soul photographer devoted to transformation, embodiment and awakening the authentic self. At House of Play, he co-facilitates breathwork journeys with his partner Anna. Together, they also guide plant medicine and nature-based retreats and spaces through @AweNatureRetreats, working with altered states, deep presence and inner truth. Simon brings a grounded, poetic presence and a love for the raw, the real and the sacred in every breath.
Contraindications
While Somatic Breathwork is designed to be gentle, it is important to note that rebirthing breathwork techniques are not recommended for individuals with the following conditions:
Cardiovascular issues, including high or low blood pressure
Epilepsy or a history of seizures
Severe asthma (unless you bring your inhaler and have medical clearance)
Recent surgeries or injuries, especially in the chest area
Severe mental health challenges, including psychosis or severe dissociation
Pregnancy beyond the first trimester
(if you find yourself in someone of the contraindications – it can be a better fit to work with a breathwork-facilitator one-on-one so that you have the facilitators full attention so that modifications can be done)
