Stephanie will take you through 60 minutes of IGNITE the class - a Hybrid Power Yoga practice fused with energetic HIIT bursts, dance FIIT-Fusion, chakra work, * movement meditation while Dru West drops the dopest beats for you to vibe with ?

Plus a Guided Sound Bath Meditation from Stephanie & Dru

Event will be held at a speak easy warehouse located in downtown Phoenix with one of the best sound & lighting systems around! (2130 W Filmore St)
