Thanks for taking part in IGNITE SOUl DANCE COLLECTIVE ✨

I’m so excited to be sharing with you such special class:

- 45min of DANCING, basic choreo adapted to all levels, free styling, beautiful beats, flamenco~latin fusion, with a spice of Afro beats, rumba and salsa. sensual, playful, powerful and ancestral movements.

- 15min of STRETCHING.

This class is suitable for all levels and ages.

You just need YOU and YOUR BEAUTIFUL SOUL.

If you’ve never been in any of my classes before, get ready to connect with a new version of you. Give yourself a little grace and breath though it all. Noticing when the mind hooks into thought, drop back into the heart, the music, the sweat, your strength and infinite power, the body, the mind, our soul and our limitless potential. Feel and gently let it pass. And keep repeating until releases. This is not a dance class, but we will be moving to the beat of the music.

The purpose of this class is to restore balance to the world one individual, one community, at a time. By living it and experience it. Be willing to evolve, to have fun and raise your energy. You will find peace and fluidity in strength and grace in your release. Move to the beat will keep your senses curious and aware about the next movement, sequence, workout and step. One step at a time!

80% of the event is pure AWARENESS. Once you find yourself moving freely, strengthening, releasing your inner power and sensuality. It will be difficult to not understand what I’m taking about, once we start moving together. The energy in the room is out of this world.

That’s what we are meant to do, let ourselves go a little, give ourselves a little bresk from our daily routines, dance, feel the beats of the music in our hearts and spread love.

• Class starts at 11.45am. Finishes at 12.45pm.

Just say at reception that you’re coming to the class and they will guide you to the studio.

• There are changing rooms and showers available if you need to get changed. Please bring your own towel in case of showering at the studio. Facilities are in good condition, just consider that Dance Attic studios is a very emblematic building, so expect vintage vibes! I really like it! It’s a big studio so we will have lots of space to move.

• There will be a videocamera recording some bits of the class. If you’re not happy with this please let me know by dropping me a message when you book your ticket to

You will also need:

• Sweat towel

• Water - iso drink - we are going to sweat lots!

• Tons of energy, open mind and open heart.

• Energy bars and water will be provided. Avoid overeating one hour before the class. 🌟
