We are excited to announce that we are participating in IGNITE, a workout fundraiser benefiting Forging Youth Resilience (FYR)!⁣⁣ We will be hosting the fundraiser WOD at CrossFit Flagstaff on Saturday, May 21st in all three of their Saturday classes (8AM, 9:15AM and 10:30AM)! ?? All donations and proceeds from the event will go directly toward FYR's mission of empowering young people to build physical and mental strength for life.
