FACILITATORS BIO:
Hannahsita Smyth
Hannasita is the founder of Kids Love Aerial and Flowhican Aerial Arts, and an aerial yoga and somatic movement teacher specializing in body-based mindfulness and nervous system regulation.
Her work weaves together aerial fabric, breath, sound, and sensory awareness to support deep regulation, release, and reconnection. Through a gentle and intuitive approach, Hannahsita guides participants into spaces where they can slow down, feel supported, and safely explore both stillness and movement within the body.
Rooted in lived experience, her work is deeply personal. As a mother of twin neurodiverse boys, she understands the layers of holding, adapting, and navigating life through a heightened nervous system. This journey has shaped her path, one of self-learning, advocacy, and returning to moments of peace and clarity through the body.
Her workshops are not about performance, but about presence. A space to soften, to listen, and to be held—both by the fabric and within yourself.
Hannahsita is especially passionate about creating inclusive, supportive environments for neurodiverse individuals and their families, while building community through shared experience, understanding, and belonging.
