Event Attendee Registration Requirements:

• This is a FREE event
• One Registration per Person please. No exceptions.
• You must be over 21 years old. Please drink responsibly.
• You must be a RN CM, Social Worker, LMHC, or other professional in the Case Management field.
• No guests permitted.
• CE Session CE credit will be provided for RN CM & Social Workers only.
