Candle Making and Breathwork + Sound Healing Experience

We’ll begin by tapping into your creative spirit with the Ignite Piece of our workshop with a create-your-own candle experience with Luna Glo Candle Bar. As you blend scents and pour your candle, you’ll be invited to set an intention...something you’re ready to call in, release, or embody. This is your moment to be present, playful, and purposeful.

Once your candle is crafted, you’ll be guided into an incredible Breathwork and Sound Healing Journey where we will Realign our mind, body and spirit into that of wholeness, clarity and calm. Here, your body will have space to unwind, your mind to quiet, and your nervous system to reset.

This experience is about more than just making something beautiful, it’s about becoming present with yourself. Creating. Releasing. Receiving.

You’ll leave with:

✨ A grounded, relaxed body
✨ A clearer, calmer mind

Come as you are. No experience needed! Just a willingness to slow down and receive.

🧺 What to Know Before You Come

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing
• Bring a journal and pen
• Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering optional
• Avoid eating 30 minutes before breathwork
• Arrive by 9:50 AM CST to create your space
• Come ready to be seen, supported, and to fully claim the version of you that is ready to rise
