Please join us for a night of industry and community presentations! Postmortems, live demos, and talks on game design, art, marketing, audio, community, social issues, and more, given by developers from the Twin Cities and all over the world.

The Dangers of Development Without Direction
The creative freedom that comes with making a game can be both a blessing and a curse. When anything is possible, everything is on the table. In this presentation, we will explore the dangers of creating a game without having a clear goal.

Melty Clown Studio is an indie game studio best known for creating Bonnie's Bakery, a cute horror game where you play as a baker in a town full of animals. The team came together after making Bonnie's Bakery for the 2022 GDEX Game Jam and made their first official Steam release in 2023. They have a small, dedicated fanbase that they've garnered over the years on their YouTube channel.
