IGDAM July 2024 Meet-up

Supported by Fortress Melbourne, this is an over 18, ticketed event held in the Alienware Arena (upstairs). Your ticket comes with a basic drink included (choice of pot or pint of Fortress Lager, pot of Somersby Cider, house spirits, house wine, soft drink, or coffee/tea). Your drink voucher will be issued in person on the day of the event.

Food & Beverages will be available to order on the day and can be purchased from the bar adjacent to the Alienware Arena.

• 6:30pm: Meetup Commences
• 8:30pm: Meetup Concludes

GETTING HERE:

Enter via Fortress Melbourne's retail store front entrance, Shop 25, LG, Emporium Melbourne.

• Everyone must present a ticket, either pre-booked or booked on day
• Ticket changes for for this event must be requested 48 hours before the event.
• No outside food or drinks
• Fortress Melbourne is a licensed venue and as such ID is required and checked on entrance
• Unaccompanied minors are not permitted in the venue at any time. Please make sure any guests under 18 are accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• Minors are not allowed in the venue past 8:00pm
• Refunds will be honoured if notified prior to 6:30pm. Kindly note that refund requests made after 6:30pm on the day of your event are unable to be honoured.
