IFT Suppliers Night 2026

We are excited to invite you to join us at Bonneville IFT's annual Supplier's Night! It will be held at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Salt Lake City.

The floor show will be open from 4pm-7pm and welcome to all.

ATTENDEES

General Admission is free, but we encourage you to register for an accurate headcount. This event is ideal for those looking to expand their network, connect with existing and potential vendors, and learn about emerging trends and current research in the food industry.

In person registration and badge pickup begins at 3:30pm.

Doors for general admission open at 4pm.

EXHIBITORS

For the very first time, you can select where your booth will be located! Booth pricing will vary based on location within the show. Each booth is a standard 6ft tabletop. Upon registration, a confirmation email will be sent with booth informaion, FedEx instructions, and additional exhibitor information. We look forward to seeing you there!

Doors for exhibitors open at 2pm.

Parking will be paid by the attendee upon arrival in the Salt Palace ramp with elevators that can be taken directly up to the show floor (please see parking map in FAQs section).
