iFLY Rosemont Teacher STEM Experience

This event is designed for educators and school administration staff to experience how flying accelerates learning with iFLY's STEM Education Program! iFLY STEM field trips cover the STEM principles behind our wind tunnel technology through exciting and immersive activities. The students even get a chance to become the experiment themselves when they fly!

Join us for a tour of our state-of-the-art vertical wind tunnel and check out why thousands of districts and educators have chosen iFLY for their students' STEM Education needs. This OPEN HOUSE will include demonstrations, labs, and refreshments. You can even experience flight if you would like to!

This event is 21 and older; school IDs must be shown upon arrival--Educators/School Staff members ONLY!

Q) Are there ID requirements or an age/physical limit to enter the event?

A) Yes, teachers and school administrators interested in a FREE Flight must bring a School ID or form stating they are part of an educational institution. There is no age limit to attend, but there are physical requirements that must be met in order to fly. Please complete our waiver and review the terms if you plan to fly during the event.

Q) What can/can't I bring to the event?

A) Please wear comfortable clothing and lace up shoes if you are planning to fly. We have complimentary lockers for personal items

Q) Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

A) Yes, you may transfer your ticket to another person in your organization, or a colleague, with a valid School ID.

Q) Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

A) Not required, but it will be helpful.

Q) The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

A) Yes, as long as someone from your organization has referred you and you have a valid School ID.

Q) WHAT is iFLY?

A) iFLY Indoor skydiving is the simulation of true free fall conditions in a vertical wind tunnel. It’s where the dream of flight becomes a reality. P.S. If you have not seen yet, iFLY was recently featured in "The Fatal Physics of Falling Objects" by Veritasium (with collaboration from Adam Savage of MythBusters)
