Summer 2026 is on track to be the UK’s hottest on record. The highlands are on fire. In August, over 70% of England was in a drought. There is obviously an urgent need for action to tackle the climate crisis, but who will save us? Join us as we dissect decades of evidence that suggest that women have a key role to play, as they report caring more about the planet, are better at sorting their recycling, and vote for greener, cleaner policies.

But it’s not as simple as all that. Find out how changing attitudes to gender have impacted efforts to solve the climate crisis, learn how oil and gas companies are trading on male insecurities, and discover what all of us can do about it now that the fires are closing in around us.
