Join us for an informative and interactive clinic on advanced healthcare directives, brought to you by UC Law SF's If/When/How and OUTlaw. This event is designed to empower LGBTQ+ individuals and couples in our community and provide essential knowledge about making informed healthcare decisions, especially with Obergefell being threatened. Open to all! Masks are strongly encouraged.

During the April 14th clinic, volunteer attorneys will guide you through the process of creating this document, answer any questions you may have along the way, and provide you with an opportunity to leave the clinic with a free notarized healthcare directive. It is necessary to bring a valid form of government ID for notarization purposes.
