I build AI products from zero to one
I’m a two-time founder and two-time early employee who likes small teams, hard problems, and real ownership. I’ve worked on model routing and transparency at Martian, led DeepView, Stratum AI’s real-time mining intelligence platform, and now build AI products at Radical Ventures.
I co-authored RouterBench, a benchmark and large-scale dataset for evaluating multi-LLM routing systems on cost-quality tradeoffs, now cited in over 200 papers on routing and model serving.
I run Vikasa, a non-profit venture advisory for early-stage Canadian founders, and mentor at hackathons like MakeUofT and UofTHacks, where I first learned how to ship software fast with real constraints.
When I’m not doing any of that, I play a lot of tennis (always down to rally if you ever want to hit) and make music: https://open.spotify.com/artist/6ryCiR4lpKDFXXuy4Ngqxa?si=Y8Pds0LuQKqTYhgMm3SpiA
Erin Hewitt
My career path has not followed a straight line. After graduating with a history degree, I eventually returned to school to pursue Human Resources. That decision led to a career in HR spanning systems, operations, and generalist roles.
Over time I realized that helping people grow in their careers was the work that energized me most. Whether through hiring, coaching, or improving workplace practices, career development became a central focus of my work.
Today, that perspective shapes how I support professionals navigating the job search and organizations working to strengthen their people practices
