The event will also feature an exclusive masterclass by : “Beyond the Cart: Redefining Digital Engagement”
This session will provide an overview of the key strategic and operational principles of eCommerce in the fashion, luxury and FMCG industries. You will gain insight into the role of eCommerce teams, the main drivers of conversion and the challenges of maintaining a consistent brand experience across different audiences and markets.
The session will also explore key considerations when launching a new business unit, from market insights and digital activation to commercial strategy, omnichannel operations and customer service, offering a holistic view of how to build and scale a successful eCommerce business.
After the session, there will be a networking cocktail where you will have the opportunity to connect with students, alumni and members of the IE community.

About Rafael Feliu:
Senior business leader with more than 20 years of experience across technology, FMCG, retail, sales, marketing, and digital strategy.
He is currently Industry Head at Meta in Madrid, where he leads go-to-market strategy for major brands across consumer goods, beauty, luxury, fashion, and automotive.
His previous experience includes senior marketing, brand management, digital, and CRM roles at Danone and Henkel-Schwarzkopf.
