Very excited to announce that my latest LP, Teenage Widow, will be all yours on July 3rd!!! Let's celebrate together by attending the youtube listening party at 12:00pm ADT, or if you're in Halifax, come to my release show that night @ the ANAF club!!!
This album is a brief step into hi-fi before I completely switch gears again in the neverending adventures of finding my sound. It's unintentionally a big celebration of the wonderful friends I made in college - a handful of them are featured in this album.
Teenage Widow is mostly about saying goodbye to the person you used to be and watching old memories slowly fade away. It can be especially difficult when you find yourself in a place that feels less healthy, less accomplished, or further from where you thought you'd be.
If you've ever felt that way, you're not alone - and maybe you'll find something to relate to in this album. ...or maybe the album is flavourless ass garbage, and a new contender for a 15/100 rating on albumoftheyear.org. That's for you to decide!
